You have the option to deactivate or delete your MintByIW account at any time by following below steps from MintByIW through its desktop web portal, mobile WAP site, or mobile application, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Once your account is deactivated or deleted, we will no longer share your data. However, we will retain your Personal Data / Transactional Data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, after which it will be disposed of by us, except for any record retention required by applicable laws, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
Under the PMLA guidelines and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, transaction logs must be retained for up to five years after account deletion. In the event of any pending legal or regulatory proceedings or receipt of a legal or regulatory directive to retain your Personal Data for a longer period, we may be required to comply with the law and retain your data for an extended period.
